Membership Application
- To apply for membership in the New Jersey Council of Diving Clubs, your organization must meet the following requirements:
- Submit a copy of your organization's Constitution / by-laws with this completed application.
- Designate one (1) Delegate and at least one (1) Alternate to represent your organization at all NJCDC bi-monthly meetings.
- Include a check made payable to New Jersey Council of Diving Clubs (or NJCDC) in the amount of $50.00 to cover your organization's first year dues. Payment will be returned if your application is not accepted.
- If you are applying as an individual or Associate member, we need an completed application and a check for $35.00

It is customary to have a council officer attend one meeting prior to the full council vote. Please let us know when you would like the officer to attend.Copies of your club newsletter should be sent to the Council address. Full members have a vote, associate members do not.
